Fees & Securing Placement
ATUO kids lining up for the School Triathlon

As we are a privately funded school we have a fees structure. These are to be paid at least 2 weeks in advance and are essential in allowing us to fully staff and operate our school.

  • Preschool $35.00 per school week. Hours 8 am – 12 pm or $50.00 per school week. Hours 8am – 2pm.
  • Primary School: $50.00 per school. Hours 8am – 2pm.
  • Each family is required to pay a resource levy of $5 per week/per family (or $200 per year)
  • The first child pays a full fee. The second child receives no discount. The third and subsequent children receive a 20% discount.
  • A 5% discount applies to school fees paid at the start of the year for the entire year. This offer only applies for the first month of the school year.
  • A 3% discount for school fees for early payment applies at the start of each term. This offer only applies for the first two weeks of each term.
  • Fees secure your position on the roll and are paid ahead of time, regardless of days attended. There is no discount of fees where the school is not open due to public holidays, the government declared closures, or Force De Majeure (circumstances beyond our control).
  • An EOTC annual fee is also invoiced at the start of the school year of $40 for Years 4 to Year 8 and $25 for Pre-School to Year 3.
  • All Fees are to be paid at least 2 weeks in advance. Reminders of overdue fees will be sent home in the School newsletter, the school will make every reasonable attempt to make personal contact, and finally a letter will be sent home asking for acceptable arrangements for payment to be made. At all times the responsibility for ensuring fees are up to date are the responsibility of the family enrolled.
  • Families will be invoiced by the school office by the 2nd week of each term as a reminder. The Outstanding Overdue Fees Process will begin in Week 6 to Terms 1 & 2, Week 4 of term 3 and 3 of term 4.
  • All fees are expected to be paid regardless of a student’s attendance.
  • Should a parent not wish to pay their fees during an extended absence, they must notify the school before leaving. Failure to do so will result in the payment of fees in full prior to the child restarting.
  • Once the school has been notified, the child will be placed on a wait-list for the class at the parent’s request. In this instance, the child’s position is not held open and the parent runs the risk of losing the position on the roll.
  • For children attending One Term or less the fees will be double the normal rates.
